Itineraries & Route Planning

Most of my guided tours are tailor-made for each client.  The whole process is very much a two-way dialogue between the client’s needs and the practical possibilities that can be accommodated within the given time schedule.

Ahead of any guided tour, I usually prepare an annotated route map and develop an timetabled itinerary that satisfies the clients’ particular interests and specific needs as far as possible.

Adequate preparation before any tour usually ensures that it will proceed smoothly and that the guided tour will be a positive experience for all participants.

Anna helped us plan our trip to the Lakes.  Hearing our needs, providing us with information and recommendations of where to stay, how to get around, and places to see down to a detailed map of the hikes and buses.  Aliza Roth, July 2023
